Mapping Project – Body Breakdown


I was struggling a lot with pain at this point. It was constantly on my mind, so I decided to track it. For one week, I brought a little kit with me everywhere I went that contained a pen, colored pencils, pulse oximeter, and thermometer. I took readings and recorded how I was feeling throughout the day from both objective and subjective standpoints. It was awkward, and somewhat cumbersome. But it turned out to be a nice outlet for complaint.
